Returns
For the fastest service, a return should be made within 30 days of purchase accompanied by the purchase invoice. Please contact us for a return authorization and with specific reasons for the return. Returns after 30 days will be on an inspection basis. Please do not return your package COD (it will be refused). If you return your package by air, your return shipping charges will not be reimbursed. If you need assistance call 314.475.4240. Please allow at least two weeks from the time you ship a return package for reordered merchandise to reach you.

* After 30 days, merchandise covered by manufacturer's warranty must be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair
Shipping
Standard delivery rates are based on orders shipped by best method by one of the following carriers: UPS, US Postal Service, or FedEx. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery. Weekends and holidays will delay shipment. Some restrictions apply:
- Some items require additional shipping charges due to size, weight or quantity.
- $5.00 will be added on rods 6 feet and over in length.
- Name and street address required for all 1 and 2 day air shipments.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
All shipments are limited to the continental U.S. at this time.
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, please allow 2-3 weeks shipping time.
